Why Japan?
-
1Take advantage of exchange rate
Compared to major cities around the world, you can invest in properties in Japan at a cheaper price.
While you can purchase properties at relatively low prices, you can also earn high rents, making it possible to make high-yield investments.
In addition, in recent years, Japanese real estate has become popular all over the world, as it is possible to purchase properties at lower prices than before, due to the strong influence of the weak yen -
2Free buying, selling, gifting, and inheritance with no restrictions
Many countries place certain restrictions on foreigners' real estate investments or may require additional taxes, but Japan has no such regulations at all.
Foreigners can also start investing in real estate in the same way that Japanese people can buy real estate in Japan. -
3Low Country Risk
"Country risk" refers to risks specific to a country based on social conditions. When investing in real estate overseas, it is necessary to understand the country risk, but Japan's market rating is marked as "A" rank, with little fluctuation in real estate prices compared to other countries in the world. Therefore, you can invest in Japan with peace of mind
In addition to the low prices and stable yields of Japanese real estate
There are no restrictions on foreigners purchasing properties
The number of foreign investors investing in Japans' marketis increasing.
